What is Finely?+
Finely is an app being built for Shopify merchants to create beautiful product personalization and paid product options, without theme-code work.
What can customers personalize?+
The core experience includes names and messages, single or multiple choices, color and image swatches, and optional paid extras. These previews illustrate the intended experience.
Can I use one set on multiple products?+
Yes. Reusable option sets are central to Finely. Create a set, select the products it belongs to, and preview how it will appear.
What counts toward the Free plan’s product limit?+
Free includes one published option set on up to two distinct products. Variants of the same product count as one product. Products matched through automatic targeting also count toward that limit.
How does yearly billing work?+
Complete is $49.90 USD, billed upfront for one year, or $4.99 USD billed monthly. Complete includes a 14-day free trial.
Are shopper uploads included?+
Shopper uploads are planned for Complete once available, with storage and retention limits. They aren’t included in Free.
